Theresa Starreveld, Grace Bounds, Katie Kissinger, Qahir-Beejee Peco, and Melissa Van Bergen from The Threads of Justice Collective will be joining us Friday for our morning keynote presentation as well as two additional breakout sessions.
Our Friday Lunch Panel will explore the distinct roles of DELC and ODE and how their work intersects to support literacy across Oregon’s P–3 (preschool through third grade) ecosystem. Participants will learn about promising practices happening across the state, gain a clearer understanding of available funding and guidance from both agencies to strengthen early literacy efforts, and have an opportunity to engage in Q&A as time allows.
